Tang County Kaihua Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 with a registered capital of 9 million yuan. The factory is located in Changgucheng Industrial Park, Tang County Economic Development Zone, Baoding City, Hebei Province. Its main products include clutch pressure plates, clutch shells, brake bottom plate accessories, and engineering machinery accessories. Since its establishment, our company has always adhered to the principle of manufacturing high-quality products and developing high-end equipment components. After more than 10 years of growth, the enterprise has gained market recognition and customer praise, and has gained excellent reputation in the industry.
Our company currently has 3 medium frequency induction furnaces with a capacity of 2 tons, 1 fully automatic static pressure molding production line, 1 automatic pouring machine, and 1 sand mixing machine. The annual production of castings can reach 30000 tons. At present, the company produces 11000 tons of castings annually, with nearly two-thirds of the remaining production capacity. The company currently has a machining workshop with 19 machining centers, 13 CNC lathes, and other supporting mechanical processing equipment, which can process 750000 castings annually.
The company has successfully passed the IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality management system certifications. The automotive parts products have been matched and cooperated with automobile parts manufacturers such as China National Heavy Duty Truck (Jinan) Axle Co., Ltd., Nanchang Jiunai Company, Zhejiang Tieliu, Hubei Sanhuan, etc. The engineering machinery products are matched with Shandong Shantui Ouyatuo Machinery Co., Ltd., with more than 200 types of products. In addition, the products are also exported to countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany,Italy, Australia, South Africa, and Morocco. It is a key export enterprise and a livelihood guarantee enterprise in Baoding City.
