We specialize in manufacturing high-quality automotive components including clutch pressure plates, flywheels, steering gear housings, brake drums, and brake backing plates. For engineering machinery, we produce supports, brackets, bases, and mechanical arm components. We also supply municipal castings like manhole covers and pipe fittings.

Our facility operates with 3 medium frequency induction furnaces (2-ton capacity each), a fully automated static pressure molding line, and supporting equipment with an annual casting capacity of 30,000 tons. We currently utilize about 11,000 tons of this capacity, leaving significant room for additional production.

We have a dedicated machining workshop equipped with 19 machining centers, 13 CNC lathes, and other supporting equipment, enabling us to process up to 750,000 castings annually with high precision.

We maintain IATF 16949 certification for automotive quality management and ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system, ensuring consistent product quality that meets international standards.

Our automotive components supply major manufacturers including China National Heavy Duty Truck, Nanchang Jiunai, Zhejiang Tieliu, and Hubei Sanhuan. For engineering machinery, we partner with Shandong Shantui Ouyatuo Machinery Co., Ltd.

Yes, we actively export to multiple countries including the UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Australia, South Africa, and Morocco. We're recognized as a key export enterprise in Baoding City.
